On Mrs. Bauck's teacher page, I can find all sorts of information. I can find information about her interests, teaching history, personal life and academic success. It's interesting to see the types of classes she has taught through the years. I think I'll use technology to a moderate degree. I do not want my entire course to be online and take out the human interaction with my students, even though that is my preference as a student. I am a big believer in learning games to build confidence and connect learning with excitement. I also think as a History teacher, there is an abundance of online sources that I can include in my curriculum.
My opinion on the web design assignment is a bit tainted due to my dislike for the source I used to create mine. Weebly was difficult to use and was not cooperating with me as I was trying to create a site. The templates they offered are terrible and hard to edit to your own. I feel like if I was able to just start from scratch, it would have been more enjoyable and I would've been able to do more with it.
